Refund Policy
At The Fab Friend, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into each order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reason.
Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
For the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used personal care items (such as soaps, body butters, scrubs, etc.)

Sale or discounted items

Custom or special-order products
How to Start a Return:
Please email us at customerservice@thefabfriend.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for shipping your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, minus shipping fees, within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
We Reserve the Right:
To deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above. Our goal is to treat all our customers fairly while protecting the integrity of our business.
